“I want to make sure the Center Manager at Just Brakes Service Center #62 in Kissimmee, Fla., knows about a very special employee. His name is David Acosta. He went over and above what I consider to be good customer service. He stayed an hour after closing time and reworked my rear brakes due to a problem with the drums. He was so polite and did a tremendous job at fixing my car and keeping me safe. This gentleman should be praised for his outstanding customer service and should be made an example for others to follow. I will definitely be back to this location with my other 2 vehicles.”
