As winter approaches, vehicles are having their snow-tires installed for hopefully another epic winter in wonderland. Winter 08/09 Vancouver accumulated mass amounts of the white fluffy stuff also know as snow. Streets were waist deep, no plows in sight, and cars stuck left right and center.
